Q: Where is Setse's Shop Located?

A. Setse's Shop is an online only retailer. We do not have a physical shop, all our sales are from our stock warehouse.

 Q: How do I exchange an item?

A. If you're unsatisfied by the size of your item, you can return it to us within 5 days of receipt for an size exchange. We do not process any other exchanges other than size. For assistance, please email us at: sales@setsesshop.com.

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We can exchange** your item for another of the same price.

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. All payments are upfront and can only be done online at our checkout. 

Q. How do I track my order?

A. After making a purchase, you will receive a Thank You emain which contains a tracking link. Delivery takes 2-3 working days in major cities and 4-5 working days in remote areas.
